Power Hour

Power Hour, it’s where you go to see your muscles grow!

This 60-minute class has one purpose, to increase physical strength and muscle mass through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked between the three classes and based on your goals you get to choose which to attend.

Power Hour is broken up into 3 classes, Push, Pull, and Legs with Shoulders. Oh, and don’t worry, we make sure to blast your arms too!

When you come to this class you are required to bring a notebook/journal to track the weight used and the number of reps you’ve completed for each set. This is necessary to ensure we’re increasing the amount of weight you’re using for each exercise at the right time. You will NEVER be pushed to use more weight than you should be using, but you will be pushed, and will always improve.

No need to worry if any of this sounds too complicated, you’ll have one of our amazing SIN Fitness coaches by your side guiding you along the way.

If you need to add some muscle mass, or just want to get stronger, this is a great class for you. All levels are welcome!
