Rowing Basics will give you a complete breakdown of how to use an ergometer (aka the rowing machine), and you will learn how to read and interpret the numbers on the monitor.
In Rowing Basics, we will focus on the fundamentals of good form and how it translates into efficiency and power. Your coach will offer you personalized tips on how to correct your stroke (yes, that’s what it’s called) and make sure you’re getting the most out of rowing. Rowing classes end with a 15 to 20-minute workout that will focus on form to ultimately gain more meters and in less time than ever before.
