Triple A-Fit

Those in search of a toning workout that targets and tightens the specific muscle groups that we seem to always want to improve, then this class is for you. Our Triple A-Fit class is about 45 minutes long and uses a combination of drills with weightlifting to focus on arms, abs, (you guessed it) asses. You will use many kinds of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, steps and more. While this isn’t a very intense class, you will get cardiovascular benefits, too.

When you gain weight, it’s common for it to appear mostly in the glutes, thighs, stomach, and arms. There’s no way to lose fat in a specific spot by targeting that area or praying : ) . Sorry to break it to you, but when you lose fat, it’s your genetics that determine where that weight comes from. Don’t worry, it’s not all bad news. You can improve muscle tone in those areas which will help create a toned and tight appearance.

Triple A-Fit is designed for those looking for extra help with those common, problem areas. The challenge of adding resistance while isolating specific muscle groups helps you (and your muscles) stay engaged! To do this effectively you will perform higher rep ranges with lighter weights. That is the secret sauce in this class, but don’t let the “lighter weights” fool you, your muscles will be burning while you’re building. Try Triple A and see for yourself!
