Pam has been kickboxing for over a decade and training in martial arts for nine years, earning her 3rd-degree black belt along the way. She’s spent the past five years teaching karate and has developed a genuine passion for helping people grow through the process. Her focus is simple: sharpen technique, build real strength, and help people develop confidence that lasts. To Pam, martial arts isn’t just about throwing punches and kicks — it’s about discipline, focus, and resilience that show up outside the gym too.
