What Group Fitness Classes Are Available?

We keep everything fresh at SIN Fitness. That's why we have classes of different styles that focus on different groupings of body parts to keep your body working and you interested!

Power Hour

This 60-minute class has one purpose, to increase physical strength and muscle mass through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked between the three classes and based on your goals you get to choose which to attend.

Power Hour is broken up into 3 classes, Push, Pull, and Legs with Shoulders. Oh, and don’t worry, we make sure to blast your arms too!

When you come to this class you are required to bring a notebook/journal to track the weight used and the number of reps you’ve completed for each set. This is necessary to ensure we’re increasing the amount of weight you’re using for each exercise at the right time. You will NEVER be pushed to use more weight than you should be using, but you will be pushed, and will always improve.

HIIT-Fit

“High Intensity Interval Training” boils down to burning crazy amounts of calories by alternating between kicking your butt and letting you rest. These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn.

Our 45-minute HIIT classes are great for intermediate to advanced fitness fanatics, runners, and athletes too, by improving overall endurance, strength, and explosiveness, all while torching a ton of fat!

Arms Blast

It’s safe to say that everyone would like better looking, stronger arms. Right? Well, then, our Arms Blast class is perfect for anyone! Take a break from your regular routine to give your biceps, triceps, and shoulders a 45-minute blast of extra attention. But wait, there’s more! (I always wanted to say that.) After you’ve finished blasting those arms, you will get the benefits of an awesome core finisher, too.

Triple A-Fit

Those in search of a toning workout that targets and tightens the specific muscle groups that we seem to always want to improve, then this class is for you. Our Triple A-Fit class is about 45 minutes long and uses a combination of drills with weightlifting to focus on arms, abs, (you guessed it) asses. You will use many kinds of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, steps and more. While this isn’t a very intense class, you will get cardiovascular benefits, too.

Booty Camp

Booty Camp is designed to burn fat, tone, and shape your legs and backside, while engaging the core muscles (abs, lower back, obliques), as well.

Whether your motivation for firmer glutes and legs is to feel more confident in a bathing suit, look even more amazing in your favorite pair of jeans, or to feel stronger when running, squatting, or doing anything with your legs, then this full-lower-body workout will help!

Core and More

Core and More is an all-levels 45-minute class that focuses on strengthening your core, improving your balance, all while getting in great full body workout. This class will challenge more than just your core and each class will end with a cardio burst finisher to boost your metabolism!

Rowing Basics

Rowing seems simple (and in some ways it is), but there are many technical aspects to your form and timing that make rowing so unique and such a great workout. Rowing Basics will give you a complete breakdown of how to use an ergometer (aka the rowing machine), and you will learn how to read and interpret the numbers on the monitor.

Rock n' Row

This high energy class will get you into your zone with the awesome music and a fast pace. The focus is on interval training, and this is designed to help you achieve multiple outcomes. Whether it be increasing your cardiovascular endurance, improving your overall fitness, burning tons of calories, or adding lower and upper body strength, this class will help you to achieve all the above.

In Rock n’ Row, you will alternate your time between HIIT-style rowing and full body strength training. You will spend half your time on the rower and the other half building even more strength with bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and slam balls.
