Sunday Shoutout goes to Dorothy Foster!
Dorothy stepped in to row at the literal last minute as a replacement during the Jett Move-A-Thon. She was an absolute MVP for her willingness to help but also crushed the 5 miles with her partner Jody.
Dorothy also stands out in her normal day to day gym routine. She attends PnC in the early morning and has her designated “sister time” during Saturday morning BCs with her sister, Isabel. She has caught the eye of many coaches with the way she pushes herself, increases her weights, and has improved her form, speed and endurance.
Dorothy accomplishes all this while balancing her demanding job and family life with 4 kids!!
