Pumpkin Chai Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
6 ounces vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup chai tea concentrate
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid for a thinner smoothie. Enjoy!
Notes: Be sure o use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling which contains added sugar! Instead of tai tea concentrate, you can add the following spices to taste: ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon.
