How long have you been coming to SIN Fitness?

- I believe since 2019, after a long break for personal obligations and reasons.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie as my personal trainer for several years before SIN. I kept in touch and wanted to return to regular workouts after gaining a significant amount of weight.


Do you remember your first workout?

- It was with Jamie 1 on 1 and although I don't remember exactly what we did, she eased me back into exercise without killing me. She also provided great recommendations for classes to start with, (kickboxing was my primary interest) to keep me motivated.


How would you describe you lifestyle before SIN Fitness? How would you describe it now?

- Before SIN, I was overweight overweight,  out of shape, overwhelmed with personal and professional stresses, and lonely, mostly staying in my self-imposed isolation.

- Now I'm in the best physical shape I've been on decades, I have learned to eat better and manage my stress better. I've met awesome people and coaches who continue to inspire and motivate me to move beyond my comfort zone by trying different classes and entering challenges.

I've enjoyed fun social activities with the extra perk of giving toward great causes and made some great friends!


If you could design your perfect workout what would it be?

-NO BRAINER, No burpees! Actually I enjoy all of the classes and coaches, but I especially like the mix of cardio with strength.


What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting at SIN Fitness?

- Do it!!!! Absolutely nothing to loose (except weight, stress, weakness, fatigue) and so much to gain for yourself.

This place is the REAL "no judgment" place to be. Members and coaches will encourage you to be the best YOU that you strive to be. I love it here and find the only person I choose to compete with is me!
