Do you remember your first workout?
Yes it was an evening kickboxing class with Ryan.
How would you describe your lifestyle before SIN Fitness? How would you describe it now?
Before SIN I had always worked out in some way. Whether it was playing sports or working out in different gyms. Always trying to lift as much as I could to get that PR to putting life on hold to take care of sick family members.
Through the years I’ve battled injuries, surgeries and a few health issues so now I’ve been more concentrated on my nutrition and mental health. All while making sure I still get a decent workout in.
If you could design your perfect workout, what would it be?
The perfect workout would be 15 minutes of lifting. (Back squats/push press/chest press) followed by a partner workout or tabata session. Both would incorporate weights and cardio
What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting at SIN Fitness?
If you are thinking of joining SIN you will feel like family the minute you walk through the doors. Everyone is supportive of each other and the camaraderie is like no other.
SIN’s coaches are welcoming, encouraging and always supportive no matter what your fitness level is.
