Christina has truly earned her spot as our June Member of the Month! She’s the definition of consistent—always showing up, putting in the work, and giving every workout 100%. 

Christina is strong, focused, and never afraid to challenge herself.

She’s the kind of member who shows up ready to go and brings others along with her. Christina is always willing to partner up, encourages those around her, and sets a great example with her effort and attitude. Whether it’s a tough class, Fight Night, or a team competition, she gives it her all and leads by example.

And it doesn’t stop there—she’s also an active part of the SIN community outside of workouts, showing up to trivia nights and always bringing great energy wherever she goes.

How long have you been coming to SIN Fitness? 

3 years and counting! 

 

Do you remember your first workout?

My first class was Kick-Fit (kickboxing) and I still remember it like yesterday. I was so impressed by the bags used (that actually kept score!), the coach’s instruction, and the overall high energy of the class. I tried all different classes my first week at SIN, including my fave Bootcamp. I found that SIN offered a great variety of classes and had supportive, knowledgeable coaches. I knew right away that I had found my new gym home.

 

How would you describe your lifestyle before SIN Fitness? How would you describe it now? 

I had been working out consistently before I joined SIN and I have always enjoyed group workouts. SIN has an awesome facility, challenging workouts, and is very welcoming. The coaches make the workouts fun and always push me to be the best version of myself. I am able to work out with other members who share the same love for the gym as me! My favorite part of the day is when I leave work and can go hit the gym (shoutout to the 5:45 PM crew!) SIN has made a huge positive impact on my life. 

 

If you could design your perfect workout what would it be? 

I love cardio and strength burners… all the classes that make you sweat and push your limits! I mean.. if you’re not being challenged, does the workout even count? The perfect workout would be a Bootcamp style class that has some running, some weights, and offers a nice variety of exercises (I’m sure it’s a class I have already done at SIN!)

 

What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting at SIN Fitness?

Don’t think about it.. just do it! Try SIN for one week. Take a bunch of different classes with different coaches and I guarantee that you will see just how awesome SIN is!
