I've been coming to SIN for a little over a year. Do you remember your first workout? I don't specifically remember my first class, but I believe it was a bootcamp. How would you describe your lifestyle before SIN Fitness? How would you describe it now? Before SIN, I struggled keeping a consistent workout schedule. In the last few months especially SIN has helped me dial in a consistent schedule of morning workouts. If you could design your perfect workout what would it be? My perfect workout would be a long partner chaos chipper. What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting at SIN Fitness? My advice to anyone starting at SIN would be to jump in and not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone- there's great coaches and a great community to support you!
