I’ve been coming to SIN for exactly one year, signed up on October 28, 2024, and now, I am 35 pounds lighter and a whole lot stronger! Honestly, it's one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself.   Do you remember your first workout? Oh, I remember it vividly… 5:30 am, week 4, with Danielle coaching. That explains it all, lol. I walked in half-asleep and walked out wide awake, sore and already addicted. It was one of those workouts that makes you question your life choices and sign up for more at the same time.   How would you describe your lifestyle before Sin? How would you describe it now? Before SIN, fitness was always a part of my family’s life. I would go through phases of motivation, but I never stayed consistent- lacked discipline. I even competed in fitness competitions and ran a half-marathon, but then I would stop after those challenges were over. Now? I got to SIN 5-6 days a week, I’ve added daily intentional cardio (after that summer walking challenge, I was hooked!), and I eat to fuel my body, not out of boredom. It’s not just about working out anymore; it's about balance, confidence, and truly taking care of myself inside and out.   If you could design your perfect working, what would it be? Something with a mix of strength and cardio, buttttt strictly heavy strength is pretty awesome too.   What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting SIN? Just start. Don’t wait until you “feel ready”, you just need to show up. The coaches and community will meet you where you are and push you to your best. Before long, you’ll find yourself not just getting stronger, but actually loving the process.
