❤️ February Members of the Month: Matt & Ali Fontaine ❤️ February is all about couples, and we couldn’t think of a better couple to highlight than Matt and Ali Fontaine! They’ve been part of the SIN Fitness family for almost 5 years, and during that time they’ve shown us what consistency, teamwork, and support truly look like. Whether they’re pushing through a tough workout or showing up, side by side (and sometimes even matching 😄), Matt and Ali work hard, stay committed, and always push each other to be better. Recently married, these two continue to build strength both in and out of the gym. We absolutely love having them as part of our community and are so grateful for the energy and effort they bring every time they walk through our doors. Congrats, Matt & Ali, we’re lucky to have you both! ❤️💪🏋🏻♂️🏋🏻💥💪❤️ How long have you been coming to SIN Fitness? Been coming to SIN together for about two years Do you remember your first workout? Matt’s first workout was a kick fit class, Ali’s was a boot camp. How would you describe your lifestyle before SIN Fitness? How would you describe it now? Before SIN Fitness we wanted to workout more but weren’t able to consistently find the time or make the best use of our time while working out, now with scheduled classes and coaches we’re able to hit our workout goals and get workouts done efficiently If you could design your perfect workout what would it be? The Perfect workout would be one without RDLs and that ends with a snickerdoodle smoothie What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting at SIN Fitness? Advice we would give to anyone thinking to start SIN is to just do it, the coaches and classes are approachable, motivating, and fulfilling. Folks are welcoming and you can choose your own intensity of workout based on weights, pace of workout, etc. great place to start or enhance your fitness journey at any level. What’s your favorite part about working out together at SIN Fitness? Our Favorite part about working out together at SIN is seeing the progress each other makes with their workouts and working towards a healthier life together. Do you have a favorite class to take together? Why? Our favorite class is early morning rock n rows, a great way to start the day with some good cardio paired with some weights!
