Ashley Keller is our May Member of the Month! 👏 Ashley has been one of our most consistent members when it comes to truly transforming her body. Over the past year and a half, her scans have shown steady, impressive progress, continuing to build muscle while losing body fat, without the ups and downs that so many people struggle with. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a direct result of her dedication, her work ethic, and the way she shows up for herself day in and day out.On top of that, Ashley has become more and more involved in the SIN community, and it’s been great to see her confidence grow both inside and outside of class. Her hard work is paying off in a big way, and we love having her as part of the SIN family. Keep it going, Ashley!💪🏋🏻♂️💥❤️ #memberofthemonth #sinfit #consistencymatters #sinfitfam #sinstrong #juststrong #berlinct #itsallinberlin How long have you been coming to SIN Fitness? My first stint at membership was all the way back in 2019, Amy Gregory had referred me! I was attending fairly consistently through 2022, but stopped when I changed jobs. I rejoined late 2024 because i hadn't found another program or place that worked for me. I decided to give the 6 month membership a go in case I couldn't figure out how to fit it in my crazy schedule, but i'm soo glad that I did! Do you remember your first workout? My very first workout was a bootcamp at the old location on Mill Street. Kaylee Dee was my buddy for the day, she showed me the ropes and then got me signed up with a membership 🙂 How would you describe your lifestyle before SIN Fitness? How would you describe it now? Before coming back in 2024 I had gotten totally off track with my fitness and it was overwhelming me to find a program I could stick to on my own. I knew I could use some direction and that the class format at SIN works really well for me. The fitness challenges also give a great framework for nutrition/macro counting and an opportunity to push yourself more than you might normally, especially when you're just getting into fitness or need a refresher. Coming back has made me reprioritize health and fitness in such a huge way! If you could design your perfect workout what would it be? Lift heavy! noooo cardio lol What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting at SIN Fitness? I was nervous to come back to SIN after being inactive for quite a while, and at first I went into each workout telling myself "I know this one might feel really uncomfortable, but someday these workouts are going to feel really great again." So glad that I pushed myself through those moments. Don't be afraid to make modifications where you need to and take in all of the encouragement from the coaches and other members. SIN is such a supportive community! What’s a win you’re most proud of since starting at SIN? Coming back and committing to making working out an integral part of my routine again has been the biggest win, but there have also been so many little wins along the way that have brought so much excitement. Realizing I can do a "real" pushup again, tracking my lifts getting heavier, feeling stronger and healthier all-around.
