He takes a variety of classes: Bootcamps, Yoga, HIIT, Triple A, and Kick-Fit. He is constantly pushing himself with heavier weights, higher box jumps, more reps, one legged jump ropes, etc. Adam has consistently come to yoga since he started at SIN. He’s so motivated to work on his flexibility and truly understands the importance of involving Yoga in his workout routine.
He is an amazingly patient and supportive teammate on partner challenges. He has enrolled his kids in Kid-Fit and he just recently got his wife Megan hooked on SIN. We loved that he has shared SIN with his family!! Keep up the great work Adam! 💪🏻🥊🧘🏻♂️🏋🏻
