Tricia always accepts a challenge, commits to early morning workouts (up in the 4s to sweat in the 5s) but also attends evening HIIT classes as an extra cardio and plyometric challenge.
She recently competed in our Team Comp and helped her team crush it!! She pushes herself to use heavier weights. She is always willing to go outside of her comfort zone.
Tricia is a great example of strength, healthy habits and fitness for her 2 young daughters!
