Pam KILLED IT this past week and we have really noticed her stepping it up. Pam was challenged on Tuesday to go heavier in weight and not only did she do it but she really worked for it.
We love it when we see you members pushing outside of their comfort zone and that’s exactly what Pam did. She has been working through a shoulder injury but that hasn’t stopped her from showing up and getting her workout done.
