Sunday Shoutout goes out to Kerianne Motta!
Kerianne is consistent whether she is able to make it to the gym or she squeezes in a quick sweat sesh during her work break.
Always motivating others with a compliment, extra little cheer in class, or a Facebook post of an “at home/work” workout. You will never catch her sacrificing her form to speed up her times or reps. She also set a goal to walk 100 miles at work last month and she crushed it!!
Thanks for always giving 100% and motivating the rest of us to do the same!
