From day one, Kelly was in good physical condition and was no stranger to exercise. Since starting at SIN she has continued to make fitness a priority and never looked back.
One of Kelly’s first classes involved rowing as a finisher. Kelly was new to rowing and not impressed with her time. She asked to stay after class and get some pointers to work on her time. Fast forward just a few months later she participated in the Jett Foundation Charity event where she and her partner rowed 5 miles. Not only did she participate but she KILLED it. She has also taken over 20 secs off her 500 m row!
This week Kelly did 71 full push-ups for a 3 minute push up challenge. Everyone in the class was so inspired by her that they each set a goal and strived to reach it! It was awesome to watch!!
She brings that no mercy, full grit and grind attitude to each and every class. Whether it is crushing a bootcamp or taking it out on the bag, you will see Kelly giving it her all and doing it with a big smile on her face.
