Check-In for Charity: Spreading Holiday Cheer in Our Community The Check-In for Charity for the months of November and December will support the Town of Berlin Holiday Assistance Program. Many of our neighbors, friends, and families are facing financial hardships this season. The Holiday Assistance Program relies on the generosity of Berlin residents and local businesses to help make the holidays joyful for everyone. This September and October, your SIN check-in supports Innovative Cancer Research at Dana-Farber , a program that fuels groundbreaking ideas from top scientists to transform how we understand and treat cancer. Through a highly selective process, this fund drives forward basic research discoveries—especially in areas like ovarian cancer, where progress is urgently needed. In May 2023, SIN Fitness member Elise Suchocki was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer.
