Member of the Month forFebruary is Jackie Almonte!! Jackie has been coming to S.I.N. for almost a year now and has improved SO much. When she started she struggled with her form but has progressed so much as she has been coming. She is also able to lift heavier weights, has such a positive attitude, and is consistently improving and pushing herself! She is an active member at S.I.N. participating in Fitness Challenges and Team Competitions (and giving 100% for both!). She sets goals for herself and crushes them. We love watching you progress and look forward to see you crush more of your goals!
If you could design your perfect workout what would it be?
This is a tough one! I love all the classes at S.I.N., so a combination of everything haha!
What advice would you give to anyone thinking of starting at Strength in Numbers?
If you are nervous to take the first step, just do it! The coaches and members make you feel like family and help you every step of the way. In a few months from now you could be so much stronger both physically and mentally if you just commit to yourself. ❤❤❤
