Tanya has been consistently coming to bootcamp classes, increasing her endurance, and getting stronger.
Being a busy mom, she wasn’t able to participate in hell week, but that didn’t make her shy away from attending her usual classes. She still showed up when she could fit it in and conquered the workouts!
The workout that stands out to us involved a partnered 5000 meter row. The grit and determination Tanya brought that day is unforgettable, and the coaches and members who had the pleasure to witness it couldn’t be more proud of her!
