Claire comes to class ready to work. She has been pushing herself outside of her comfort zone by challenging herself to use heavier weights. She has added Power Hour into her weekly class schedule. Her strength improvements are noticeable to coaches and fellow gym members. She seeks feedback from coaches about her form and never compromises form for reps.
This week she had a PR for Power Cleans at 95 lbs, awesome job! Claire is focused on reaching her goals during this Fitness Challenge, we know she can do it with her determination and consistency.
