Rachel started at SIN shortly before the shutdown and since being out of the gym she has been crushing the at home challenges. She often does multiple workouts in a day. She is constantly trying new types of workouts all while having a little one at home and we know how hard that can be.
In a recent at home challenges she held a plank for over 5 minutes and ran a mile under 8 minutes. Awesome job, we are so proud of you!
