She has been a member for over 2 years, always staying consistent with her workouts. She shows up every week, works hard, and takes a variety of classes.

She just recently has had some issues with her feet, limiting her to what she can do. Instead of seeing that as a setback, she used it as an obstacle to conquer by still showing up and having coaches find her modifications and alternative exercises to use. What many of us would have used as an excuse to not workout, Lindsay has just listened to her body and continues to move forward with things she CAN do!!
