Liz is constantly improving her form and pushing herself in classes. She attends a variety of class: from Bootcamps and Punch n’ Crunch to Triple A and Yoga.
Her flexibility is awesome and she is getting stronger everyday. Liz was quarantine not once but twice and that did not stop her or slow her down. She easily switched to at home workouts to get it done. We love that you have made working out a priority, keep up the great work!💪🔥❤️🏋🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️
